These terms and conditions represent an agreement between the St John H S School Barama ("Institute") and student, a prospective student. By accepting the Institute’s Admission of a place in any class, you accept these terms in full, which along with Student Admission and the Institute’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures and the most recently published prospectus (as applicable),form the contract between Student and the Institute in relation to Student studies at the Indtitute as amended from time to time pursuant to Clause.

Any amendments made by the Institute to the Contract will be made available on the Institute’s website, which you should consult regularly. we shall take reasonable steps to bring these changes to the attention of affected students as soon as reasonably practicable.  

All admissions will be considered done after receiving full fees and with complete documentation (educational documents). If a student will not provide all concerned documents within the given timeframe (as per the date finalized by the Institute),the institute holds the right to cancel the admission of the student then and there. Also, the institute’s service charges will not be refundable but the fees will be refundable as per the Institute’s guidelines.

The institute holds the right to cancel the admission of any student if he/she fails to pay the fees on or before the due date. If a student fails to submit all documents mentioned in the respective Provisional Admission Letter of the Institute to process admission before the last date (declared by institute),or the student is non- contactable on the email id and phone number provided by them without any information, institute holds the right to hold/cancel the admission of the student.

The fee is calculated and charged on monthly basis. In case of refund, service charges, registration charges and other charges are not refundable under any circumstances but the fees will be refundable as per the Institute’s guidelines.

In the process of admission, it is Student’s responsibility to ensure that all the documents and information provided by the student to the University or institute is true and accurate.

In the modern world, where we use Information Communication Technology tools for information sharing and communication, the protection of privacy interests becomes more difficult. We use these tools to share knowledge and to collaborate within our academic community. Though they offer speed and convenience, these tools are never completely secure. Computer systems and communication systems are prone to misuse and hacking by the outsiders and cyber criminals.

Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and accuracy of personally identifiable information in accordance with Indian law. Sathyabama intends to take every required measure to ensure privacy and security with respect to its operations.

Scope of the Policy:

This policy is applicable to all members of ST JOHN’S H S SCHOOL BARAMA which includes the students, faculty, researchers, staff, third-party contractors, and others with access to the information.

This policy applies to any information collected through visits to https://stjohnshsschoolbarama.com , information gathered through the university logins by students, faculties and other staff of the university.

Information Privacy:

2.1 Personal Information

ST. JOHN’S H.S. School, Barama understands the importance of confidentiality and security of personal information in this digital era. The Institution does not disclose any personal information for commercial purpose or for any other purposes which outside the scope of the normal functions. Our Institute collect, use, store and disclose information are required for the academic & administrative functions of the Institution, complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Personal information of individuals shall not be disclosed by the Institution and it shall be used only for the purpose for which it was collected.

2.2 Email, Computers and Networks

The contact details of the individuals with whom the Institution has Email correspondences shall not be disclosed or shared with any other Institution. The contents of e-mail sent to or from the Institution’s servers shall be monitored only when there is a breach of security protocols. Mails routed through the servers shall be stored for a short period of time and may be disclosed only if required for investigations relating to violation of rules, regulations and policies of the Institution or investigation by a legal authority.

Individuals using a computer owned by the Institution or connected to the Institution’s network, shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution. St JOHN’S H S School, reserves the right, at all times, to monitor all hardware and software owned by it, or connected to the its network, for the purposes of preventing or investigating improper or illegal use of Institution’s systems.

Security

ST JOHN’S H S School takes necessary steps to protect the personal information but cannot ensure complete security as it is not possible to provide fullest safety to data which are transmitted through internet and hence, not responsible for any loss or theft of information.

If you are connected to a third-party link, which are not operated by the Institution, the Institution is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites.
